Duties & Responsibilities

Support client development and key account management initiatives across the firm

Coordinate client events, seminars and value-added activities, ensuring effective follow-up and reporting

Maintain and enhance client data within the CRM system, producing detailed reports and analysis

Assist with bids, tenders and integrated marketing campaigns, including thought leadership activity

Undertake market and competitor research to help identify new business opportunities
What Experience is Required

Experience within a marketing or business development role in a professional services environment

Exposure to client development or key account management programmes

Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
